Shipping policy
Currently we only offer shipping to Canada and the United States.
All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.
All orders are processed and shipped from our Regina studio within 3-5 business days. If this number changes due to an increase in orders, you will see our current fulfillment time in our notification bar at the top of our website. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio.
Due to COVID-19, our mailing partners are experiencing severe shipping and processing delays as they prioritize the safety of their staff and customers. As more people are choosing to shop online during the pandemic, they are experiencing some of their highest non-holiday numbers, particularly in their larger processing facilities.
All Canadian and USA orders will see processing (slow tracking updates) and delivery delays that can vary from 4 days to 4 weeks. Unless your tracking says "it's been delivered" and you haven't received the package or a notice slip, your package is still being transferred and is in waiting until it's safe to do so. It doesn't mean that your package is lost! We appreciate your patience and understanding so much and thank you again for your ongoing support even during this time!
We still offer free local pickup in Regina Saskatchewan Canada. Once you select this option at check out please contact us to arrange for pickup. Please only select this option if you are located in Regina or near Regina and are able to pickup the candles when ready. If you select this option but the candles need to be shipped somewhere, you will be invoiced for the shipping cost before the candles will be sent out.
We are offering free shipping anywhere in Canada when you spend $125 CDN or more.
We are offering free shipping anywhere in the US when you spend $150 CDN or more.
The free shipping does not apply for wholesale orders.
If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
