Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we are unable to process returns or exchanges at this time.

Did you purchase from a retail partner? We unfortunately cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds that are not purchased from www.thesaltinecandlecompany.com at this time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please submit photographic proof and receipt to thesaltinecandlecompany@gmail.com within 48 hours of arrival. 

If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
